Happy Saturday lovelies! I know it's been a minute since I've chopped it up with ya but hey what can I say...life and work seems to take precedence. But, that being said I truly missed blogging and my goal is to show my baby some love at least twice a week from here on out. Ok, now that I've gotten that out the way let's get to the fit, it's been pretty warm in certain parts of Cali and I happen to live in those parts so cool and comfort has been the goal. Tees, knit dresses/skirts, cut-offs have been in heavy rotation. I found this lil' olive green number at Nordstrom Rack. I paired it with a tee and heels but it works just as well with a pair of sneaks or cute flat sandals. Wore this to have dinner with the BF at Forbes Island. The restaurant is basically a floating man-made island with a lighthouse, underwater dining, and the best views of SF Bay, Golden Gate and Alcatraz. If you're ever in San Francisco it's definitely a restaurant worth checking out.

Vintage Shirt Dress, H&M Tee, Sample Distressed Shorts, Alexander Wang Heels.
I've had this shirt dress for years and it never gets old, it's versatility has a lot to do with that. Here it served the purpose of a light weight outerwear piece which is so fitting for warm but breezy Cali Spring days.
This lil' fella is finally making his debut to the blog. Meet Lil No Name! He's a Pekingese I adopted this past summer (and no, I haven't named him yet...he's too cute to be tied down to one name;). It's hard to believe my nugget was a stray. To be honest I never really entertained the thought of adopting a pet since I've always gone the breeder route in the past. But being the dog lover that I am it saddens me to think of all the babies out there in need of a home and I'm glad this one here found me. He is definitely the perfect addition. I'm used to Boxers who have personality and attitude up the wazoo and I honestly didn't think I would get another dog unless it was a boxer. But unfortunately, a boxer just doesn't fit into my current lifestyle since the BF and I are always out and about and a lot of our weekends are spent away from home luckily Lil No Name fits into the equation just perfectly. He has been a mild mannered gentleman since day one and not only is he the best travel companion he is FULL of personality which is definitely a plus, I love all his eccentricities and most of all his loyalty. No matter how shitty of a day I may have had my nugget greets me at the door with more enthusiasm than the day before...gotta love it. Anywho, let's touch on the outfit...nothing special just the essentials I could not live without. A pair of distressed jeans, a white button down and a pair of heels.
